I would like to present the guidelines/practices that we as a team have adopted to make our automated tests more focused, reliable and consistent in today’s complex software development paradigm. How knowing the boundaries between different teams and systems can help the technical testers identify interesting defects and be more valuable as compared to traditional test automation techniques. I will go through our journey and how this can help the teams to start testing early in the development lifecycle and be a valuable member of the team in the digital QA and transform the teams to more contemporary ways of working.
