The need for a QA kit is quintessential and in my opinion, encompasses the following 3 areas: – • An adaptive mindset Often organizations pay attention to the skillset, failing to realize the right skill set can always be acquired with the right mindset. Agile, waterfall or a combination?? • The desire to embrace the “New” Applying new techniques and understanding the impact of automated solutions and how they will enhance quality assurance (i.e – Robotic Process Automation & QA, match made in heaven?) • An innovative approach SSA – Spot, Simplify, Automate Change is imminent and QA professionals need to be chameleons to keep up with the transformations.
