Automation’s purpose is to create efficiency, to make repetitive, labour-intensive work easier and the output faster.

For Marketers, technology simplified many of the activities and took them to another level. Every day, there are different apps being created to make team coordination faster, to make graphic designs easier, and to make web creations simpler, and to make strategies clearer. Automation, however, does not give us license to take advantage of our clients or companies, especially those who are not as tech-savvy as us. It is our responsibility as Marketers to ensure we not only empower ourselves with various tools of our trade, but to empower our clients and our staff by sharing the knowledge we have.

The gig economy has seen a growth of freelancers and SMEs searching for guidance and expertise in promoting their brands and their products. This is a great time to expand your domain from being a Marketer to being a Thought Leader and a source of knowledge.
