The focus of this talk will be on how our team was able to transform the way we approach QA across Tabcorp. This talk will detail how as a QA Practice were able to champion and pioneer technical initiatives across mocking, environments, CI (build improvements) and our innovative common automation framework approach that is at the center of our team’s success. I will also cover how we earned the respect of the business and how our team ultimately increased the quality of our systems delivered to customers. Key Takeaways: 1.)
