In the last 25 years of global IT , QA has gone through heavy transformation. From being the #1 Happiest Jobs in America (by Forbes) in 2011-12 to #9 in 2019, we evolved into a much complex IT environment.

The main driver has been the explosion of Tools and Skills that todays QA and Automation specialist need to carry. We have moved far from our Functional/Domain Expertise based Testing, towards a continuous cycle of releases where the focus has been on OUT TO MARKET, Quickly.

Our new role in the world of CI/CD, DevOps and Agile, must not only work for project producitivity, but also for getting back our QA jobs #1 Happiness Index again.

In this lecture, I would like to show a demo on how we do CI/CD in a large sized automation project that runs using Java, Selenium, GitHub, Jenkins, AnyAUT.
