Mob Programming is an agile development methodology where 3 or more people work together. Mob programming removes some of the challenges of pair programming by changing the dynamic from a pair to a team. Testers can integrate into mobs that focus on core product development to help ensure product code is built better, smarter, and more testable. Testers can practice mob programming themselves when they are building testing infrastructure, new test cases, or simply doing exploratory testing.
