In this fast-moving digital world, every organization seems to be going through some form of digital transformation. But what does this mean from a testing perspective? How do you ensure a quality outcome for your Users and Clients when they are not only changing the way they engage with their customers but also overhauling their business processes and the technologies they use for their core infrastructure? In this presentation, I will take you through my experience of what Digital Transformation can mean and some of the ways we’ve approached it from a QA and Testing viewpoint.
