Organizations that are transforming to Agile way of working, need to embrace new methods and techniques in Quality Assurance. Service Virtualization, Automation embedded in CI/CD, Risk based testing, merging Security validations with QA, uplift team skills from normal Tester to QA Engineers etc. need to be part of the Agile Transformation strategy. Without the technical agility in the delivery process, functional aspects wont be enough to reap the true benefits of Agile.
