I want to share a story about my journey of how I moved from a QA director focused on automation to a entrepreneur who was able to “sell” my test platform to a US based company. My talk showcases how to determine value of QA automation assets in dollar terms, and how not to underestimate the value of the frameworks and assets that many of the QA teams create.
