Software testing alone does not produce top quality products and services. Quality is produced by analyzing a lot of factors including people, process, tools, and the organization as a whole and removing roadblocks to make the job of software testers as smooth as possible. As test leaders in organizations, we must be open to utilizing all skills necessary on top of software testing including but not limited only to project management, quality engineering, and process improvement. I will share my experiences of how I helped transformed organizations as a “Test Manager”. Part of my talk will also show how I infused Lean Six Sigma in improving people and processes within an organization.
