Strategic plan enabled us to address People, Process & Tools aspects. • People with right technical skillset • Defined overall delivery process & standardized quality process • Defined KPIs, provided visibility through reports & dashboards and governance across the delivery pipeline • Introduce right tools to support the process defined and enable metrics collection Our teams transformed to quality engineering by moving quality upstream, risk-based testing, FMEA, continuous testing & defect prevention techniques. Enabled agile teams to ship stable, scalable, secure software & platform changes more frequently.
