The traditional Quality Assurance model has three main flaws that make it vulnerable to defects, slow delivery pipeline and alienate engineers. Although there is no silver bullet, the Assistance model tries to address the main pain points. The intention of this 45 minutes talk is to share some high-level benefits of the approach but also hurdles it may cause when implemented wrongly.
