This presentation will discuss different methods of modeling for test design and how they apply to Automation in Testing. In the presentation attendees will learn about methods such as Functional Flow Design (FFD) & Data Flow Design (DFD), Story Mapping, Mind Mapping, User Community Modeling Language (UCML), and Visual Task Analysis. Attendees will be shown how each modeling method can be applied to the various situations, and what benefits they get by modeling a test first before they build the automation behind it.
