Machine Learning is revolutionizing all aspects of engineering including quality. By coupling Selenium with machine learning, we are able to open many new frontiers within UI Automation.
Imagine an application that contains legacy and many third-party integrations. Also, imagine an application that undergoes heavy UI A/B Testing. All barriers towards stable and reliable tests.

This presentation will show how to use image processing and detection to improve test automation stability for complex applications with legacy and third-party integrations. The presentation will also touch on the basics of Machine Learning; data collection, model training, and model evaluation. And how we integrate the machine learning model into a Selenium UI Automation framework. The goal is to humanize the Selenium framework: “Able to detect between a QR code and barcode” or “Able to continue clicking on a submit button with different names and designs”.
