In this session, we will examine how a team of testers has delivered Financial software with no critical/high customer visible defects over several releases. We will review their keys to success, the implementation of a formalized quality checkpoint process, and the outstanding test results that followed.
This session is geared towards both Quality Assurance Managers and Testers, who can benefit from applying the techniques described in this session to enhance their own testing process. The focus of this session will be reducing the cost associated with fixing bugs by using the “shift-left” mentality.
