In order to achieve their ‘Quality At Speed’ objectives many software engineering teams are embracing and maturing their Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Quality Engineering practices and infrastructure these days. Of the three, Continuous Quality Engineering is by far the most challenging. But what exactly is continuous Quality Engineering? And how is it different from what we’ve been doing in testing for the past several decades? In this talk, I will discuss what Continuous Quality Engineering is all about and how today’s organizations are leveraging it to improve their quality. Also I will talk about what tools and techniques enable Continuous Quality Engineering, and examine the pros and cons of moving toward a more Continuous Quality Engineering process.
