There has always has been a clear separation between API functional test tools and load/performance test tools. Most API functional test tools do not concern themselves with load testing and most performance/load testing tools are somewhat complex and aren’t the first tools that would come to mind when implementing a functional test framework.

But what if I told you it is possible to basically re-use your API testing framework almost as-is to run your load/performance tests?
