We will be looking at Artificial Intelligence in the context of how we can use it in QA to achieve our next set of advances in the global world of technology. With the capabilities currently achieved in Artificial Intelligence, their use in a software quality setting is above and beyond anything we’ve been able to do in the past. We are going to look at a real strategy to use AI as one of the tools in QA, and talk about other evolutions we stand on the edge of. In fact, the future for QA, once it adopts the newer capabilities of AI and other related technologies, will be a driving force and no longer live just on the side of quality. Instead, we will become world leaders, in our roles, that will start to include solving problems, not just dealing with quality and efficiency.
