Agile Principles
Our approach is firmly based on the Agile Principles. We are not imperative in our approach. Instead we use those agile tools and methodologies which are most beneficial to you in your particular situation. We believe that Agile is the best way to achieve the desired goal of making organizations more predictable and flexible in their approach to work. We use the whole range of agile methodologies as opposed to a single one-size-fits-all method. Our practices and tools allow us to scale your transition in the best way for your organization.

To enable a long-lasting and sustainable transition, your organization will need to develop internal coaching capabilities and we will help in developing your coaches who will accelerate and organization to scale Agile effectively from the bottom-up as well as top-down.
Pillars to Become Agile
The springboard to Agile is an initial assessment of the organization. This happens in workshops with groups of team members that reflect a maximum of diversity in terms of roles and responsibilities. It helps to determine the status quo of the organization from a top-down and bottom-up perspective. Since every team, company or project is unique the assessment will provide both a business and a cultural analysis in order to understand the best approach for introducing Agile in your organization.
Transitioning to agile, like any major change, requires a clear strategy. The strategy is needed to set the guidelines on how to support the teams as they adopt new working practices like Scrum, as well as informing and supporting the rest of the organization which will be inevitably affected by them. It is important to understand that once the transition to agile starts, it will never stop again as there is no “ideal” end state; agility is centered on continuous improvement rather than a single end state.
We create a a strategy map which helps to definine possible short-, mid- and long-term improvements. It brings together the insights gathered during the assessment and aligns them to the overall business goals.
In order to bring a common understanding of Agile into your organization and teams we provide interactive and targeted training. These trainings can focus on leadership, teams, roles or technical topics. The base for all our trainings are the agile principles. Here is a short overview:
Executive management workshops introducing lean practices and agile leadership
Recognized Certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Product Owner) & CSD (Certified Scrum Developer)
Role-based trainings, e.g. Scrum Master or Product Owner trainings
Developer trainings on agile engineering practices like TDD (test-driven development) and emergent design
The Scrum Start-Up Pack for small teams
While Training provides the theoretical knowledge and mainly agile practices, coaching builds on that and focuses on assisting people and teams to discover the most important steps to become Agile: It enables and accelerates their understanding of Agile Principles through everyday work practices. Doing only the practices without having fully understood the principles behind Agile will hinder and even prevent you from reaching continuous improvement, which is crucial to a long-lasting and sustainable Agile transformation.
