Kris is a Staff Engineer at Flock Safety and Founder of Kersey Fabrications. He has 20+ years in embedded systems and Linux-based platforms, with a focus on system architecture, performance, and building reliable technology at scale. His background spans networking, servers, semi-embedded, and fully embedded devices.
At Flock Safety, he leads embedded development on large-scale, field-deployed devices, tackling challenges in power management, LTE connectivity, and real-time performance. At Kersey Fabrications, he created The OASIS Project, an open-source initiative to explore wearable platforms that combine embedded systems, edge AI, and advanced prototyping.
