Panel Discussion Speaker
Bhavesh Patel
Staff Software Engineer, Intel Corporation
Sr. Software Development Engineer with more than two decades of experience turning customer problems into enterprise level software product solutions, now focused on AI enabled software engineering and building agentic AI systems on the same discipline. TOGAF 9.2 architect and GitHub Certified Agentic AI Developer. I am open to Senior Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer and AI Engineer roles.
What I do now
Build new features and modernize existing products with an AI native approach, using Python, C#/.NET, ASP.NET, React, TypeScript, LangGraph, MCP servers, AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Postgres and SQL Server.
Operational excellence in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform, which we use to deploy our applications.
I designed and built an agentic AI SDLC workflow covering planning, implementation, code review, security review and verification. It runs on coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex), MCP servers, reusable agent skills, guardrails and rules, and repository instruction files.
Apart from building software products, as an AI Champion for a company-wide AI adoption initiative I sit with a team, mentor them and help them adopt AI through knowledge sessions, meetups and practical implementation. I focus on prompt engineering, context engineering, evals and guardrails while working with agentic coding.
I have worked directly with customers and business stakeholders from first conversation through UAT and production since 2004, led engineering teams of 8 to 12 across large enterprise and global services organizations, and shipped API-first products.
