Krithika Ganeshkumar is an engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience in software quality and engineering leadership. Her career has spanned major technology transformations, from automation and CI/CD to cloud-native engineering and now Artificial Intelligence. She believes AI represents the next major evolution in how software is built, tested, and delivered.
Her experience spans semiconductors, consumer electronics, enterprise cloud platforms, and regulated medical devices, where she has led globally distributed engineering teams responsible for software quality, automation, reliability, and engineering excellence. She has held engineering and leadership roles at Broadcom, Apple, Amazon, Bose, and Boston Scientific.
Today, Krithika focuses on helping engineering organizations responsibly adopt AI to transform software quality and engineering productivity while preserving the human judgment, trust, and accountability essential to delivering reliable software. As an AI Champion, she actively explores practical applications of AI across engineering workflows and shares experience-driven perspectives on engineering leadership, responsible AI adoption, and the future of AI-powered quality engineering. She believes AI’s greatest potential lies not in replacing engineers, but in empowering them to build higher-quality software and make better engineering decisions.
