Lana is a Test Strategist in Cerner that supports delivery of high-quality software to clients through development and rollout of consistent sustainable effective and efficient verification and validation standards/methodology, strategies and education throughout Cerner. One of her recent projects was driving the implementation of Test Modeling design in conjunction with a modeling tool (ADPART) rollout across multiple development organizations in Cerner. Her overall focus is on continuous improvements leading to effective and efficient test and other software development related activities. She had pioneered reliable test reporting and test planning frameworks among other improvements in testing and adjacent development disciplines. Previously she held testing leadership and management positions in telecommunication and financial industries. She has more than 25 years of experience in software development and testing fields. She holds B.A. degree in Statistics and History from Tel-Aviv University, M.Sc. degree in Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2001 she was selected by PhillyTech magazine as one of “30 under 30 brightest technical experts in Tri-State area”.
