I am a people leader and test practitioner with a strong organisational aptitude and proven ability to inspire, mentor and grow high performing teams. Drawing on over 15 years in the Quality Assurance area, across multiple industries and sectors, I have focused my energy on people, process, culture, performance growth and innovation. I possess Leadership skills and a thirst to drive ‘new ways of working and collaboration’. More recently I have focused my skillset on building culture and leading teams to succeed incorporating DevOps methodologies including (KPI’s, development plans and goals).

My experiences spread across Operational Transformation, Supplier Management, Outsourcing and Onshore/Offshore modelling. I have also been tasked with developing and planning future innovation roadmaps for technology delivery through CI/CD, and expanding Continuous Test Automation frameworks and pipelines for functional and non-functional areas. My main aim with developing new ways of working, is to suggest tangible development plans to inspire and grow team members at all stages of maturity.
